Spray polyurea elastomer (SPUA) technology is a new environmentally friendly construction technology developed in the United States in the 1980s, widely used in waterproofing, corrosion protection, and wear resistance applications. This technology organically combines new materials, equipment, and processes, overcoming the limitations of traditional environmentally friendly coating technologies.
my country began introducing and independently developing this technology in the mid-1990s, and it has now been applied to several large-scale engineering projects.
Landmark projects: Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway (2006), Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway (2008)

Features:
(1) Fast curing: gels in 10 seconds, reaches walkable strength in 10 minutes. Can be sprayed onto any curved, inclined, or vertical surface.
(2) High solids content, zero VOCs, environmentally friendly.
(3) Achieves thickness in a single application, overcoming the drawbacks of multiple applications.
(4) Excellent physical properties, such as high tensile strength, high elongation, resistance to media, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance.
(5) Dense, seamless coating, providing excellent skin-like protection.
(6) Fast application speed; daily application area can reach over 500㎡.
Limitations:
(1) Dedicated spraying equipment.
(2) Strict substrate preparation.
(3) Professional construction personnel.
(4) High material and construction costs.
