Aerial view of the water environment industrial park project of Yantai Jinzheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
This aerial panorama captures the Yantai Jinzheng Environmental Protection Technology Water Environment Industrial Park, a landmark high-end manufacturing hub dedicated to advanced membrane technology and wastewater treatment solutions. Strategically located in the Laishan Economic Development Zone of Yantai, Shandong Province, the project spans a total planned area of 255 mu (approximately 17 hectares) with a total investment of 1.4 billion yuan.
The park is divided into two phases. The first phase, covering 111.3 mu, was completed and put into operation in 2021. It features 4 fully automated assembly lines for flat-sheet membranes and 2 large-scale manufacturing workshops, establishing an intelligent production base for core membrane components. The second phase, currently under full construction, adds 4 specialized workshops including pump assembly, equipment integration, and precision machining, and is scheduled for full completion by the end of 2023.
From an aerial perspective, the park presents a modern, standardized, and highly organized layout. The large, grayish white (off-white) industrial workshops, accented with orange safety stripes, are neatly arranged. The complex integrates intelligent manufacturing workshops, advanced R&D centers, office buildings, and supporting facilities, forming a comprehensive industrial cluster focused on the R&D, production, and integration of high-end water treatment equipment.
As a key provincial project in Shandong's "New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion" initiative, the park is designed to achieve an annual production capacity of 300,000 membrane modules upon full operation. It will generate an annual revenue of over 2.5 billion yuan, create more than 1,000 jobs, and solidify its position as one of the world's largest single manufacturers of DTRO membrane column water treatment equipment. This facility plays a pivotal role in addressing global challenges such as water scarcity and zero-discharge wastewater treatment, driving the high-quality development of the global water treatment industry.
