Waterborne polyurethane mortar flooring material is formed by combining polyurethane resin, silicate cement, and aggregates through an organic cross-linking reaction.
The polyurethane resin component provides corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and toughness, while the inorganic components provide excellent resistance to mechanical impact and high-temperature resistance.
Therefore, this product possesses all the advantages of organic polymers and inorganic cementitious materials.
Performance characteristics
1. High and Low Temperature Resistance: Long-term service temperature range -40℃ to 120℃, withstands short-term thermal shock up to 150℃.
2. Impact Resistance: Unique anchor bolt reinforcement effect disperses mechanical and thermal stress, ensuring no delamination.
3. Breathable Coating: Dense and waterproof, yet allows moisture to rise, effectively preventing blistering.
4. Anti-Slip Coating: High anti-slip properties against moisture and grease, eliminating safety hazards such as slips and skidding.
5. Chemical Resistance: Resistant to corrosion from various harsh chemicals, resists concentrated sulfuric acid (50% or higher).
