Among them, the award-winning project, "Graphite-Modified Flame-Retardant Rigid Polyurethane Foam Spraying New Material," has become a model for industry technological upgrading due to its groundbreaking flame-retardant properties, environmental characteristics, and wide market application.
This material, by adding specific types and quantities of expandable graphite to polyurethane foam and adjusting its closed-cell ratio, achieves ideal flame-retardant properties while maintaining low thermal conductivity and high closed-cell ratio. This provides a safer and more efficient solution for cold chain warehousing, building insulation, and other fields.
Currently, Wanhua Energy Conservation has successfully applied this technology to several projects, including the Guangdong Jinbang Cold Chain Logistics Park and the Yuxi International Trade and Logistics Port. This has not only brought economic benefits from low-energy operation but also created high-safety, green, and low-carbon social benefits, achieving a win-win situation.
