Grouting and Leakage Sealing
Grouting and Leakage Sealing

Grouting is a method of injecting chemical grouting materials into concrete cracks using high mechanical pressure. Through processes such as dispersion, emulsification, expansion, and consolidation, the grouting fills all the cracks in the concrete, compl

Product Features

1. Very low viscosity, suitable for filling and repairing small gaps;

2. Long working time, providing over 1 hour of working time even in summer (>35℃);

3. High strength and low shrinkage after curing, with good balance between strength and toughness; suitable for joints or cracks;

4. Strong adhesion to concrete and can be applied under moist and humid conditions. For humid interface environments, moisture-type interface grouting materials can be used according to the environment, bonding integrally with the base layer and solving the problem of delamination at the interface of conventional materials;

5. The mixing ratio can be from 3:1 to 5:1 according to actual application needs, offering high application tolerance;

6. It has a mild odor, low irritation, is solvent-free, and does not contain heavy metal ions harmful to water quality, thus not damaging the water.

Product Uses

Main Functions

① Improve the integrity and homogeneity of the rock mass;

② Improve the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the rock mass;

③ Reduce rock mass deformation and uneven settlement.

Applications in Different Dam Types

Concrete Heavy Dams: Full-area consolidation grouting of the dam foundation;

Concrete Arch Dams or Heavy Arch Dams: Consolidation grouting of the rock mass at the abutment arch seat under heavy load;

Water Tunnels: Consolidation grouting of the rock mass after lining;

Tunnel Excavation in Fractured Rock Layers: Pre-consolidation grouting of inclined or horizontal boreholes within a certain range before excavation;

Water Dam Cutoff Walls: Consolidation grouting of the rock mass below the bottom concrete cushion layer.
